A fast-growing Communications Provider with a varied portfolio of solutions and services have a brand new opening in their support team for a Technical Support Engineer.

You will work in the B2B function of the business, ensuring customers are supported in a timely and professional manner. 

Working in a dynamic and close-knit team, you will provide 1st line support inline with agreed SLAs. 

Key responsibilities and experience:

  • Broadband (Fixed line and mobile)
  • Hosted Telephony
  • Leased Lines
  • WiFi
  • Cloud Managed Networks 
  • 3rd arty vendor management
  • Internal general IT Support

This is an exciting opportunity to support the management team with large scale hosted telephony deployments and large scale connectivity deployments. 

They are looking for great communicators who take pride in providing a high level of customer service. 

It would be great if you had experience working for an ISP or mobile provider however this isn't a necessity!
