What you will be doing

  • Managing a team of 4 engineers
  • Being the point of contact for customers leading a culture of excellence and quality
  • Looking to make continuous improvements to infrastructure
  • Ensuring SLAs are met

  • Experience in a similar managerial/team lead role
  • Understanding of teamwork and getting the most out of colleagues
  • A focus for providing excellent service
  • Exposure to working in fastpaced environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
