2nd Line Support Engineer

We’re looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer for a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast-growing SaaS company.

This company has had a great year in 2021 and are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to ensure the internal IT infrastructure runs securely & efficiently in a rapidly growing company!

Key responsibilities:

·Assisting the department and senior team in maintaining core IT systems

·Escalating service desk tickets as appropriate

·Contributing to small scale IT projects

·Purchasing and commissioning IT software and equipment


Key Skills:

·Office 365

·Windows Server

·Active Directory

·Azure AD

·Familiarity with one Linux Distribution.


·Information Security (desirable)
