Project Coordinator – Birmingham – up to £27k
A dynamic and growing IT Consultancy in Birmingham who boast an impressive portfolio of clients have an opening for a project coordinator. This is an exciting time to join this expanding company and work directly with the Service delivery manager and assist with their growth plans.
Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential as they can provide full training for the right person. If you have prior experience in a similar position, then this can be a great role to help you get more into project management.
Some of the daily tasks for this position include:
•Assisting service desk with queries and time management to ensure customers are all getting the best service possible.
•Help further develop and maintain continuous improvement around project coordination, processes and overall performance.
•Regularly networking with clients to help build relationships and ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner.
