Helpdesk Engineer

We are looking for multiple Helpdesk Engineers for a national and market leading organisation in Derby. As a valued member of the Helpdesk you will have be the first point of contact for all technical enquiries therefore you must have excellent communication skills.

This is a fantastic role for a Helpdesk Engineer with experience providing technical support to internal or external users of the business in a Microsoft environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Resolution of Queries looking for 1st time fixes
  • Supporting Windows Server / Desktop
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Experience of TCP-IP / DNS / DHCP
  • Remote Support

This role offers training and internal progression with mentoring form the technical team. The salary is up to £22,000 depending on experience so please get in touch ASAP.
