We are looking for a driven, eager 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer looking for their next step in their career. You will be part of a service desk for a well-established internal IT team taking calls, answering queries, and providing support for a Wintel environment. 

The role will be based in the head office in Hemel Hempstead where you will undergo extensive training on a one-to-one basis. Ideal applicants will have at least 1-2 years’ experience and demonstrate previous support and customer service ability.

It would be helpful for applicants to have knowledge on the below technologies:

  • Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • Active Directory
  • Basic Windows based networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
