A new opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer has become available in Hemel Hempstead. As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be joining a growing yet well-established IT Solutions Company with a key focus on Cloud computing and Cyber Security. You will be joining a close-knit team of 3rd Line Support Engineers with a passion for learning and all things technical!
The key requirements of the role are to assist in projects for numerous SME clients. You will be involved heavily in Cloud migration projects alongside other system upgrades and being the escalation point to the service desk.
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal. We are ideally looking for candidates that have experience in the Managed Services sector.
Technical Skills Required:
- Office 365
- Google Apps
- Active Directory
- NetApp / SAN
