A forward thinking Fintech company are looking for a 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their expanding IT team. They are looking for a driven individual to work in on their bustling helpdesk.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Team Lead
  • Escalating service desk tickets as appropriate
  • Providing Excellent Customer service
  • Documentation
  • Remote Support

  • Office 365

  • Active Directory
  • Azure (desirable but not necessary)
  • SharePoint
  • Teams
  • Information Security (desirable)
