We have partners with an organisation looking for a Dynamics 365 1st Line Support Engineer. This is a brand new opportunity to work with some exciting not for profit organisations and help support their sales and marketing function with the Dynamic 365 CRM.


The ideal candidate will have experience in a CRM support role already, logging issues and bug fixing. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be working in a service desk environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st Line support and Dynamic 365 CRM.
  • Escalate issues to the Line team.
  • Provide support for clients and internal staff
  • Bug fixing on CRM
  • User training and guidance
  • Create and uploading internal knowledge base articles
  • Communication with the support team


The salary is up to a competitive salary up to £30,000. The offer training and further development with progression plans.
