Dynamics 365 Support Engineer

The perfect candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:
·Provide 1st Line support and Dynamic 365 CRM.
·Provide support for clients and internal staff
·Bug fixing on CRM
·Microsoft Dynamics CRM /365 (2011/2013/2015/2016/365)
·Software support and administration
·User training and guidance
·Server administration and maintenance (On-premise)
·System configuration and customization
·Create and uploading internal knowledge base articles
·Communication with the support team
·Providing support on internal systems and hardware
·Act as a bridge between CRM and Website issues
The salary is up to a competitive salary up to £35,000. The offer training and further development with progression plans. Interview are scheduled for next week, please send over your CV!
