Unique opportunity for a hands on IT Support Engineer with 2nd/3rd line experience to lead a team of four 2nd line Engineers.
We're looking for tech professionals with a natural leadership ability who thrive in a dual technical/ management role.
You will be part of an award-winning service desk, supporting 1000 users across multiple sites as well as remote workers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team continue to meet their SLAs and that they continue to provide an exceptional level of service.
Key tech/ experience includes;
Windows enterprise environments, O365, SCCM, Laptop and desktop PC hardware components, ITIL, monitoring tools, IT security processes.
