IT Manager role – hands on

This is a brand new opportunity at an award-winning company who have been established for over 20 years.

You will be responsible for all the IT functions within the business. This will involve leading all IT focused projects, continuous improvement on all systems within the company and constantly review processes to streamline productivity. You will be the ‘go-to’ person for all IT related queries from staff members across the company. 

You will be comfortable in supporting 1st – 3rd line issues as well as managing implementations and migrations. You will also manage the annual budget and report directly to the directors.

Tech experience needed includes:

• Office 365
• Active Directory
• VMware/ HyperV
• VoIP Telephony
• Windows Server 2003-2012
• Networking
• GDPR related IT queries

• Experience in project support/ management
• Stakeholder management experience
• Process driven
• Highly organised and a natural problem solver
• Happy working alone or in a small team
• Excellent communicator 
• Degree level educated or equivalent
