2nd line Service Desk Engineer
A growing Manchester based MSP has a requirement for a Senior 2nd line Service Desk Engineer to play an integral role in supporting their external client base.
You will have a proven track record in working in an IT Solutions environment at a 2nd/3rd line level with a varied client base.
You will take full ownership of tickets from the initial call through to resolution. You will be a natural problem solver with excellent analytical and customer service skills.
A high level of customer service is a must, keeping parties informed of progress and resolution. You will take a 'hands on' approach to all tasks that you undertake whilst adhering to strict SLAs.
